The experience
A mirror ball, spinning records and a dancefloor to explore: Selecta Seb invites the youngest audiences into the dance. In this mini-club, everyone finds their own way to take part—from a first nod of the head to rhythms played with foam sticks.
Jazz, reggae, hip-hop, traditional and electronic music meet in a selection tuned to sounds that spark curiosity. Ears travel and bodies respond, with no imposed choreography.
Inside the tent, hanging 7-inch records and subdued lighting create a world at their scale. Children can move, play small percussion, watch or simply listen: discovery follows each person’s own rhythm.
For host venues
The project travels with its own set, sound system, turntables and lighting. A self-contained experience for nurseries, cultural venues and events dedicated to early childhood.
The presence and supervision of accompanying adults is arranged with the host organisation.
Indoors, or outdoors when the temperature allows.
Help with unloading is appreciated.
Vehicle access is required for reloading.
Sound, lighting and set design are provided.

For more than twenty years, this vinyl selector has created journeys through funk, soul, disco and music from around the world, for dancefloors and for Radio Campus Clermont-Ferrand. Here, his love of discovery is placed within reach of the youngest listeners.
Around your event
An instrument family, a country or a musical style: the selection can be prepared in advance with your team. Record sleeves also offer a starting point for exploring the colours, textures and stories that accompany sound.
