EMMA DAUMAS
French chanson · pop · rock

From the intimate to the collective.
Singer, songwriter and composer Emma Daumas has spent nearly twenty-five years building a path between French chanson, rock and pop. Accessible, sensitive and narrative songwriting combines memorable melodies with an artistic freedom patiently won over the years.
First introduced to a wide audience in the 2000s, Emma quickly found success with Tu seras. From 2010 onwards, she took an independent path, asserted her voice as a songwriter and deepened her writing through work with Maxime Le Forestier.
Music, literature, performance and visual art went on to broaden her language. She published the novel Supernova, contributed to projects at the Centre Pompidou and Palais de Tokyo, and created the multidisciplinary show L’Art des naufrages. The resulting album was released in 2021 and received a Coup de Cœur award from the Académie Charles Cros. A producer and publisher of her own music, she founded Metanoïa Musique in 2025.
On Plus peur de vivre, her sixth album produced with Jules Jaconelli, twelve songs and intimate sound archives chart a journey of individual and collective reconstruction. Fear, power and resilience run through organic arrangements where pop melodies leave room for rock. A new album expected in spring 2027.
