Archimède are two brothers: Nico writes and sings, while Fred composes and plays guitar. Together, they bring French chanson and britpop into melodic, direct and witty songs, carried by the instinct for memorable choruses they have honed for more than twenty years.

Since their first album in 2009, Archimède have followed a singular path between French chanson and British pop: six albums, more than 100,000 sales and over 1,000 shows in France and abroad. Two Victoires de la Musique nominations and opening slots for Johnny Hallyday, Bénabar and Les Innocents mark the journey.

With Calendula, the Boisnard brothers make a revitalising return, attentive to others and shot through with their familiar humour. A new album of poetic pop where intimate subjects meet the upheavals of the world, due in November 2027.
